There are many good lap guides out there but it’s like you add that extra bit of detail, that is very useful. I know every little extra detail adds to the editing time as well, but it is much appreciated!

Been smashing this tonight (I'm Australian)

Qualified with a flat 2.6 (I'm pretty new to Sims only just upgraded to some decent gear and haven even made it out of D class)

In 5 races I managed 3 second places, a 3rd and a 5th. Which I thought was as far as I could physically take myself... Then I watched this video... Just watched this video and discovered early upshifts..

Won't that be easier than dancing the ass end around haha

6:24 I use the tip of the red and white markings into the pit as braking point that will get me just after the 100 board and is better to use if the 100 board gets smashed....

As a Mid B Grader, those early up shifts to 3rd improve my Q time by about 2 secs in one session.
Even better, the improved stability gave me 6 races with zero spins.
Three wins and nothing worse than 5th.

I‘m using also the WRX for me easier than the Beetle. My main struggle is not to break too late so I’m mainly to quick in and too slow out of the corner.
