Ok so I have a theory about what exactly changed Amane’s fate, I don’t know if anyone else has thought of this but yuh. So when Nene has to break Tsuchigomori’s yorishoro and he’s telling her about how Amane is the only person he knows of who’s ever changed their fate, I think it’s because of Nene. In the festival arc when Nene goes back in time and meets with little Hanako, when he made his wish with the talismans, he wished that he wanted to see her again. And when Tsuchigomori was telling Nene on how he was originally going to be a science teacher because of his love of space, I think because he changed his wish that night is why is fate changed. If Nene hadn’t shown up, he probably would’ve wished to be an astronaut, thus leading him to be a teacher as fate originally planned, but because he wanted to see her again, his fate changed so he could meet her in death. Sorry if this doesn’t make much since
