It starts off saying “Imagine charging your car as fast as your phone.” My iPhone takes a few hours to charge, my Tesla takes about 20 minutes at a supercharger or a few hours at home. I don’t have to imagine.
Other than that Toyota seems to announce radical new solid state batteries every other week if all these videos are to be believed.

You can charge a hypothetical 20Wh smartphone SSB in under 1min on a standard 120V 15A outlet. To charge your EV in 1min, you will need to drive to a 1MW charger first.

Good advertisement for Toyota but not based on reality, solid state batteries have been announced by Toyota several times for the last years, it will always be ready three or four years in the future ... CATL, probably the biggest car battery maker says solid state batteries will be ready in a far future if ever.
