I am not an Arab but a Pakistani. And I can perfectly relate to this. This is so true of the culture in our region.

Is nobody going to talk about Anwar's mom's acting skills, she is funny without trying to look funny. My favorite mom on internet :)

I'm in Morocco right now. I absolutely love middle eastern families they would go above and beyond for there kids. Hospitality and warmth are a big thing with Arabic people.

Am from Africa and I can perfectly relate to you video. When you get sick or hospitalised you can literally get the whole community visiting you at the hospital. The sickness will regret having you 😂😂😂

Same here in Bangladesh. I just got out of spinal surgery and everybody was tensed and praying, tears all around pre-surgery, but post-surgery days have been some of the best days in my life with friends, family, food and whatnot, almost like a week-long party. The nurses and ward security sometimes had to interfere.

I can’t when the grandma massage his hand 😂😂😂. I’m no Arab but here in Asia we just relate. The whole fam just hanging out like they are having a picnic in the room 😂

Same in Africa. My sister was hospitalized and needed a rest. I went to the hospital and found nearly all our relatives in her room. I had to send everyone home. It is a show of concern for a family member.

as an Algerian, i can perfectly relate to my Palestinian brother, the accuracy is on point ( the granny with the Olive oil that can heal EVERYTHING, this is perfection) the exact same thing happened to my brother in the hospital ( minus the beautiful bride) we are just a big big family and we to socialize, that was very funny !

You know he isn’t actually exaggerating, I have visited people in the hospital before and I have seen the hospital workers surprised/impressed by how many people showing ups to visit a patient, proud of our culture.

As an Afghan we share this beautiful culture and religion. Similar scenarios are a daily occurrence in Afghan circle. Anwar and his mom adds a very funny side to it to make us laugh. Thank you team. One of greatest skits.
