This educational video deals with the topics of Holocaust denial and Holocaust distortion in the context of Croatia. During the Second World War, the Croatian fascists allied themselves with Adolf Hitler and sent most of the country’s Jews and many Serbs to their death. Nowadays, Holocaust memory in Croatia is still troubled.

The video is part of a series of educational videos dealing with historical myths and distortions in different European countries: the Kosovo myth, the myth of Columbus and decolonization, the secret schools in Greece, and discrimination of Roma people.

All videos are produced in the scope of the project “Dealing with popular myths. Youth work against disinformation and distortion of historical facts”.

The project is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
