Ingredients
➡️ 500gr / 18oz amaranth greens or vlita
➡️ 2-3 potatoes
➡️ 1-2 zucchini
➡️ 5 tablespoons olive oil
➡️ lemon
➡️ salt

Mein Leibgericht ich liebe vlita, wenn ich auf Kreta bin esse ich es jeden Tag leider bekomme ich ihn in Deutschland nicht.
