You’ll love the flavors of scallops housed in a creamy gratin sauce.The result is just irresistible.
 
INGREDIENTS
12 Scallops 100g (3/4 cup) of Breadcrumbs
40g (1/2 cup) of Parmesan cheese
Garlic
Parsley
40ml (3 tbsp) of Extra virgin olive oil
Pepper
Salt
Bechamel
 
METHOD

In a bowl add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, extra virgin olive oil. Season it with salt and pepper and mix it all well together.
Use a knife to separate the meat from the shell. Take the shell and start filling it with the mixture adding the first layer of the mixture, then the bechamel sauce, then add the scallop and cover it with more mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C/392°F in a pre-heated oven, until is golden brown.
