Full description of how I got these videos:
I discovered the viral "I Feel Fantastic" video a year or so ago, and immediately became interested in how it came to be. After a little searching, I found that the first available reference to it online is here:

"Android prototype
Named "Tara", after the mathematical significance of 'tera'.

1. A display, for theme parks, trade shows, advertising.
2. Research, for computer vision processing or AI human interaction, etc.
3. Home use, for entertainment.

Male and other android appearances possible.

There's a lot more technical specifications after that, but that's the segment I found most interesting...

On a whim, I decided to order the DVD, and forgot about the whole thing. A few months later it arrived, to my surprise, and now here we are! I've included some images as visual proof below. I've also included screenshots of what I believe to be the source of the (false) rumor that the creator is a serial killer. :_:

I see a lonely guy who considers himself an amateur roboticist with some knowledge of music who wanted to show off his creations with music videos, but didn’t have enough money or editing ability to make it look impressive, resulting in the low budget quality that makes it so unsettling to people. He probably spent so much time getting the mannequins to move and sing correctly that he didn’t notice how creepy it looked to people not used to seeing them. He shared his work on the internet, thinking it might get him a job, or maybe just sharing his hobby. I don’t think he’s mentally ill, nor do I think he’s intentionally trying to creep people out. He’s just a little weird, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

She was made by John but not in the way you all think.

She was created by John as a prototype for a singing robot project (had she been successful, she would've been the closest to what a Vocaloid is and possibly earn the same fame as Hatsune Miku), but gave up because of how difficult it was and how hard it is to configure the mannequin, which is why he can only turn the head and hands.

Tara's voicebank is extremely limited, which gives her a creepy, monotone sound. It's either that or John is very bad at tuning her.

The only problem is that John is limited in his resources when it comes to music, and it shows that he's not well versed in filmography, which is why his videos come off as creepy.

The scenic shots that were shown in a few of his videos the most notable one in I Feel Fantastic, are done for a cinematic effect and not as a subliminal message.

He also works on other projects as well such as QUASARMUSIQ.

A friend of his mentioned that John was devastated because he is being harassed online and being called a murderer and wishes for his name to be cleared of the false accusations.

Please, make this comment blow up and let's clear John Bergeron's name once and for all.

Fun fact: This is made by a guy without criminal past or criminal future. He was just android maker, and because in the past there was not any resourses to make adroid out of this is what he made. Creepy parts (excluding android itself) are probably the guy making fun of his creation because how creepy it is.

Also i think i kinda understand the song . Like shes doesn't want to be a robot, or when she says "Feel the electricity going through my body"Cause she's a robot. Its like she feels uncomfortable in her own skin. You know when these people upload these strange/weird videos its like they want to express a feeling that they're to shy to say out loud.

what a beautiful creation. it makes me so deeply sad that both Tara and her creator, John, were so severely misunderstood and misinterpreted. this was never something bad but rather something amazing. thank you John for your incredible creation. as a huge lover of animatronics I just adore Tara. I wish it didn't have to go the way it did, with all the fear and accusations. this was a wonderful project and I love it dearly
