(A dream crumb true 🍪)

ingredients:
~ 3 tbsp peanut butter (or any nut butter)
4 tbs almond flour
1 tbsp coconut sugar (any sugar)
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond milk
pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
chocolate chips

1. mix all ingredients to form a dough
2. Shape into cookie shape on baking tray
3. bake for 12-14 minutes @ 350 degrees.
(for air fryer: reduce the temperature by 25ºF to 50ºF and cut the time by roughly 20%)
4. Top with ice cream & ENJOYYYY

i tried this yesterday and it turned out soooo good!! i used oat milk instead of almond and i used regular flour and some brown sugar instead of coconut sugar and i baked it 12 minutes, it kinda tasted like a reeses peanut butter cup too but i made it at like 2am last night so i got a bad stomach ache when i went to bed but it was totally worth it

So yummy!!! I used half almond butter half peanut butter
Oat flour
Stevia
Whole milk
No chocolate chips! It's a very crumbly cookie so I placed mine in freezer for cool them faster and they firmed up good!

I just made this but with stevia and sugar free syrup. It was a actually 396 cals for mine which means this single cookie is actually over 400 cals!
I made 5 cookies out of the dough. So each was around 70 something cals.

They were delicious! But if you're trying to watch calories this one is kinda High
