This is a pre-sales engineering role focused on cloud-based on on-prem Collaboration solutions. The position will focus with enterprise clients to design solutions, SOWs, POCs, BOMs, and demonstrations. Position:
As a Senior Collaboration Engineer you will participate in diverse and challenging engagements for clients in the region. The job responsibilities will vary based on the the opportunities but will span cloud and on-prem solutions for UC, Collaborations, Cisco Webex, and contact center. This Engineering role will require the ability to design and implement complex solutions.

Develop unified communications designs based on the latest Cisco advanced technologies.

Design solutions for clients based on industry best practices.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

Mentor, guidance and training to more junior Collaboration Engineers.

Requirements:

Strong skills in on-prem and cloud based Cisco Collaboration and UC solutions

Must 5+ years of related IP telephony design and implementation experience in the following areas:

Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager

Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection

Cisco Webex Team/Calling

Cisco Expressway

SIP Trunking

Must have experience in at least one of the following areas: Contact Center, Telepresence, or Collaboration suite -- including related items listed below:

CUBE

Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX)

Cisco UCS C-Series Rack Servers

Cisco Unified Border Element

Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P)

Cisco Unified Mobility, Cisco Mobile & Remote Access

Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express

Telepresence Management Suite, Telepresence Server

Voice IOS Gateways with MGCP and SIP

Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephone

Experience with Cisco HCS, private cloud or hosted is a plus

WebRTC

Cisco Meeting Server

Collaboration Meeting Room (CMR)

Jabber & Jabber guest

3rd Party Apps

3+ years experience in VAR or consulting environments is preferred

Must have excellent customer facing skills, problem solving, and documentation skills

Cisco certifications are a plus (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE but is not strictly required)
