Russia Tries To Assassinate Zelensky & Greek Prime Minister

Russia almost killed the Greek prime minister and Zelensky today. While the two were in transit, a Russian missile struck within 400 meters of them. Close enough for both men to have seen, felt, and heard the blast but neither were injured. Zelensky said after the blast “Russia has either gone crazy or they don't control what their terrorist army is doing". The EU condemned the strike calling it another sign of Russia’s cowardly tactics. When NATO leaders visit Ukraine, it’s typically communicated in some kind of way to Russia so they don’t intentionally or accidentally kill them and start a larger war. It’s unclear if Russia was attempting to assassinate the leaders but.. hard to interpret it otherwise. The US is reportedly looking at taking $200 million from US Army funding to supply weapons to Ukraine immediately to stop Russia’s offensive because Mike Johnson and his minority of extremists continue to block aid to Ukraine. This comes as Europe is surging production and openly discussing sending troops to Ukraine. And the Polish foreign minister warned that if the US doesn’t get it together, European unity will break & a nuclear arms race will begin. And Russia knows this which is why they’re spending nearly 2 billion dollars a year on bots to spread disinformation.

A lot of you mfs need to figure out what NATO article 4 is before commenting.

The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, ***political independence*** or security of any of the Parties is threatened.

Very obviously the political independence part is relevant here as your country’s leader just got killed in a deliberate assassination. This is like if a Fidel Castro went Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam for a visit during the Vietnam war and the US bombed him alongside an actual legitimate target.
