Try to get over your animosity for Tony and watch the video. Kevin grabbed the wings on Tony's car. Kevin was consumed in beating Tony and allowed himself to lose control. With his racing history he knew better than to allow himself to be in that precarious situation.

Accept the professionals and Court's description and decision - Tony had no intent and is not guilty!
