If someone having grade 1 Fatty Liver in Ultrasound besides all the other reports are normal, then that person will fail or pass in medical?

Hi madam ..Good evening.. I have recently selected in interview I got final offer letter & they give pre employment check up .Suppose is there any some issues in health check up, company will rejected the offer..Why the company do pre employment check up.
