Everyone in the comments are saying Eren's being an asshole to Mikasa here, but if anything, he looks extremely worried about her. I think he suspected that she was starving herself.

Edit: For everyone claiming I haven't read the manga, I HAVE read it, and I've been reading the damn thing for 5 years now, and have read it over more than 10 times. Yes, it was confirmed that Ackerman's have genetically modified titan genes and that's how they're so strong, but they never outright said that they have some kind of weakness without any form of sunlight. That's just what everyone assumed, so saying this happened to her due to lack of sunlight is not fact, but a logical opinion. If anything this scene seemed like it was implying that she had been starving herself, to me at least. But just because I think it's something different, doesn't mean it's wrong, because you don't agree.

As said by Zeke in the Marley arc, Ackerman bloodline is a by product of titan science which may explain why Mikasa lost her fitness while being locked up underground. Ackermans just like titans may depend on the Sun to some extent.
