How to remove Scott E-Genius E-Spark shimano battery 2018

As the frame shape has changed on the new E-Genius and E-Spark this year. Some people have found it a bit tricky taking thier battery in and out of the frame.
We thought we would do a quick "How To" on clipping it in and out.

This video was shot on the fly with my iphone so apologies for the shakey camera work.

I had much frustration in a similar battery in a Bulls. Once the key is turned the required 90 degrees, I found it necessary to give the battery a few thumps IN(up) with the heel of my hand when trying to remove the battery. This allows the sticky key to actually go in enough(push while thumping). After that I was able to have the battery drop out more easily.

In your video it looks pretty easy to remove the battery. But with my e-Genius 920 it is really a pain in the a... At the same time you must turn&press the key and pull the battery down. But the battery pack sits very tight in the frame and I wish I had one more hand... Any hints?
