🟩 Today I want to share with you a quick and easy keto pancake recipe. These pancakes are the perfect option for those who follow a low-carb diet, but still want to treat themselves to a delicious breakfast. They turn out special, tender and very hearty.
All we need are a few simple ingredients and just a couple minutes of your time.
🟩 INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (280g) cottage cheese,
- 3 eggs,
-1/3 cup (40g) almond flour,
- zest of 1 lemon,
- 1 tbsp coconut flour,
- 1 tbsp psyllium,
- 1 tbsp protein,
- 2 tbsp erythritol with stevia (mine is 3 times sweeter than sugar),
- 1 tsp baking powder,
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon,
- pinch of salt,
- frying oil.
