No Man's Sky - Desolation Update Trailer - PS4, PS VR

The latest free update to No Man's Sky is Desolation. It introduces mysterious abandoned freighters which are dangerous and spooky but ripe for scavenging and looting either solo or with friends, in VR or non-VR. Each is procedurally generated so no two vessels are alike.

This seems to be inspired by Alien Isolation somewhat. I expect there is some kind of large monster/alien that sometimes spawns on these abandoned ships. They said the hazards are randomly generated

I'm mad at myself. I bought my PS4 for No Man's Sky. I pre-ordered the Limited Edition of the game and received it a day before I got the console. I played it for a few days and then stopped. I didn't think it was bad then, there were just things missing. 4 years later and I feel like I've missed out.
