Los Angeles Marathon 2022 Expo

Saturday of marathon weekend started off with a shakeout run with Tracksmith at Griffith Park. It was a wonderful location for a run, and it was great to meet up with old friends and make some new ones. Then, I headed over to the expo for the Los Angeles Marathon and did my best to restrain myself from what was an energetic expo with so much to see and do. But my overall goal for the day is to make sure I stay off my feet and get some rest for the race tomorrow.

Great seeing you on the start line Kofuzi. Since I wasn't able to run this year cuz messed up my knee during training, (this would have been my first marathon) I ended up volunteering instead. Also discovered your channel while I was researching my runners knee your video was one of the most helpful and thorough. I think I just didn't give myself enough time to train and pushed myself too far too fast.

Hope everyone had a blast! I know I sure did! But can't wait to continue my running and see you all out there on the next L.A. marathon. ❤️🤙🏽

Which hotel is that? And shuttle service to start? I stayed at the JW Marriott at LA Live which was also a partner hotel and they didn’t have shuttle service!
