1.Brad for undermining Stanley
2.Stanley for being intimidated by Brad and fighting him when he was just trying to make a living
3.Brad for making a huge decision without consulting his family
5.Brad's family for not being supportive and not being understanding about Brad's achievement
6. Brad not understanding the importance of celebrating his child's achievements with his child, for example taking his family out for ice cream to celebrate his restaurants grand opening and the child's victory

I don't care who you are, you don't get to just barge into my restaurant and start picking at my customers food. All Brad was tryna do is succeed and then Stanley comes in out of nowhere and tells Brad that his family matters more. So Brad should just close down his restaurant for your family? Like, Brad didn't even try to start beef, Stanley was just threatened by the fact that he'd be neighboring a bigger restaurant. That's no reason start fights.

to be honest, Brad isn't in the wrong, sure he should spent a lil more time with his kid. But it was Brad's grand opening, and the mom and son knew that, Brad was the only one providing for the family. And plus, Stanley needs to deal with competition its normal, you can't just go in there and eat the customers food, and come on Stanley, that grocery store wasn't the only one in California just order it off amazon fresh or something oh my god.

Logic left the chat! The moral is that anyone who wants to be successful shouldn't because their family has different priorities. And why are we ignoring the fact that there are more than one grocery stores, ps restaurants have suppliers especially legacy restaurants. The other guy Stanley can't tolerate basic competition which shouldn't be something people support. His reaction was not something a "good" chef would do because no authentic chef would feel so threatened to the point that they feel the need to humiliate another chef.
