This has been my problem with us. You literally have communities around the country where the people don’t give a damn then get mad when shits gentrified. Young black boys and girls need to be taught the importance of keeping up with not just themselves but their environment. Shit starts at home with the parents and that’s why a good portion of us still live in these conditions. Take pride and do for yourself. Adopt the mentality of “No ones coming to help us, we have to help ourselves”. God, Family, Education!! You only get out what you put in!!

Did a job for broadway town homes in Camden Nj. 640 something homes over four years totally renovated interior n exterior. Was two phases.
