I'll show how to Create Windows 7 or Windows 10 Bootable USB From ISO using Rufus utility software to make a bootable pen drive to install windows operating systems. If you going to format a UEFI partition, just select the GPT instead of MBR on the Rufus partition scheme.

Good Afternoon. I am currently using an old windows 7 laptop since my other laptop blew its hard drive (it was a toshiba satellite c55 series using windows 8). I want to upgrade the toshiba with windows 10 but need to create a bootable usb drive using the windows 7 laptop. I downloaded the software for creating a windows 10 bootable usb but when I click on the software to create the windows 10 usb boot, it will not run. I am advice??l Thank you
