I try tansMac and booted and everything.but when i press the alt key it just takes me to older version of internet recovery, is it because i installed a new hard drive

first method didn't work. wen i do everyting an ready to boot, wen i turn off the laptop an put the drive in that i boot from i didn't see it come up. an the second method wen i install bale it just showing block white wen i open it. any help

When I right click the drive on TransMac, it does not give me the option to format it. The only options are "Open/Close, Save image of disk, Search for volumes, Refresh drive list and Properties". Anyone know how to navigate this?

Hey Brother do you also make error videos about imac's? if you do please help me out on this one so i have a imac early 2009 (a lil bit old) it was running yosemite and everything went fine i wanted to install windows 10 on my mac with bootcamp so both os will work but i tried every single thing and at last i created a bootable usb for windows 10 using rufus and it worked but i had to format my hard disk for that and i did windows 10 was working fine but you know my mac had 4 gb ram so it was taking so much ram and i down graded to windows 8.1 which went sucessfully i installed all the bootcanp drivers and in it you have to restart your mac and it did but the next day i boot into windows 8.1 there is just a blue screen with nothing on it and not even the windows 8.1 boot screen so i create the same bootable usb like i did with windows 10 multi iso with rufus and the setup loads for a bit and says driver_pnp_watchdog bsod any help pls (sorry for bad grammar )

I followed all the steps and it shows up in disk utility bit it says its not bootable and it isnt detected when you hold down option

I have a MacBook Air mid-2011.

I've follwowed these steps and correctly wrote the flash drive, but when I boot with the options key on my Macbook Air - I don't see my USB drive listed, only "Internet Recovery"

Is there a workaround?

Edit: I remember using a different combination of keys for my MacBook Air to just install High Sierra OS directly from the internet, instead of the Lion OS X it was booting to.
