I got the cups a month ago! I love them. The glitter becomes more defined, or brighter if you like. Not really a drastic change like the color ones. They are great because when knocked over they don’t really spill!

I love that your daughter wants to go as the Frozen book for Halloween!! I'm a long-time costumer. A box can easily be covered or painted to look like a book, and a box is also easy to wear as a costume! You can add wonderful sparkly snowflakes to her hair as part of the costume. Craft stores carry all kinds of snowflakes and snowflake Christmas tree ornaments. You can paint snowflakes on her face, too, with sparkly makeup, and I bet she'd love a little snowflake tiara and little white gloves, white tights and white booties... Look for "snow queen" or "snow princess" costume accessories to go with the Frozen book/box. Please continue updating us on how that costume evolves!

I used to have a Totes umbrella that closed like that and it is fantastic if you are trying to get into a car or building quickly without having to struggle to close your umbrella. You do have to telescope down the handle but at least with the main part of the umbrella closed you can slip into a car door or building quickly and stay dry, and then compress the handle once inside. I am definitely going to pick a few of those up for $10, that is a good deal.

Love how creative your daughter is! You could use some foam board and either print or draw the cover and back of the book. Put some straps across the top and there you go!
