SpaceX Boca Chica: Heat Shield Attached to Future Starship Section - Landing Pad Ready for Concrete

Thermal protection tiles are attached to a future Starship section. The entire barrel appears to be prepped for tiles. Meanwhile at the launch site, the landing pad is covered in rebar and waiting for concrete to be poured.

Does anyone know what that grey gizmo @12:50 is. On the left it's marked SpaceX and has what looks to be cables slanting down to the ground. It look like part of a crane, but I don't remember seeing anything like it before.
