Wow u make it look so easy! I find putting them in is a breeze but taking the top retainer out is always my problem! The orthodontist said i have to wiggle the retainer but recently its been tough to get the top one out and all my fingers are sore! I dont know what to do lol

The first week with my aligners were the worst because I was learning how to take them in and out. Now I only have 3 more months on the main treatment before my next scan and refinements. So its been way easier to remove them and put them back in.
