At no time before they threw him to the ground did they tell him he was being arrested/detained, he was simply attacked from behind by a man with a badge who'd been triggered by a word he didn't like.

Oath breaking should be minimum 15 years in prison no parole. For all oaths taken to protect the Constitution. Doesn't matter if the attorney thinks you need permission or not every person involved including the attorney should be jailed
