In the manga the conversation was a little different. But maybe the manga I was reading wasn't properly translated.
Fuyumi: Natsuo used to cook to right?
Natsuo: I used to... But someone didn't like my cooking.
Bakugou and Midoriya look worried.
Fuyumi:w-where do you eat at school?
Todoroki: in the cafeteria-
Endeavor (interrupting): I didn't even notice.
Also bakugo in the manga said "now the taste of the food is ruined!"

There is a wonderful meta analysis of this scene about how the Todoroki siblings represent how children react to their abuser attempting for amends. Fuyumi is the child that wants the family to reconcile and "be a normal family". Natsuo is the one who doesn't believe the abuser has changed and how they don't deserve forgiveness for the hurt done. Shouto is the middle who wait and see if the abuser is truly changing before forgiving. They react differently and all of them are valid.
