What's new with the GoPro Hero8? Let me run through what features I'm most excited about as I take the new GoPro for a test shooting Parkour.

Nice! Curious: when you're speaking to the camera, do you typically also use a microphone add-on (like apogee) to improve the sound quality? Or maybe you typically use that other camera instead of the GoPro for the speaking parts. 🤔

I'm excited. I'm especially excited for the GoPro Max!! I do a lot of filming by myself and it's hard to get decent angles. After watching your stuff I'm pretty sure it'll help me out a lot!! :D

I like the hero 7 more bcs its looking more raw bcs of the edges which arent round on the 7, i also dont really like the mounting system. I do love the new tech stuff like the grids and the way of navigating true settings

I like all the upgrades except that side door being outside the harness.
The harness guaranteed the side door had no cracks for water to get in.

In short, If you have a 7 thats decked out keep it. The 8 pretty much is just slightly more convenient but pixel peeping its almost identical to the 7 unless they improved night shooting but unsure

use the 7 and i don't see why to upgrade for the moment, the stabilisation on the 7 is good enough for my kind of filming

the GoPro Hero 8 can't change the lens, and the finger joints, i have a bit of mixed feeling about it, it looks so flimsy

and no hdmi port anymore on the 8

overall footage is very similar as the 6 and 7, very good quality

You could have mentioned the non replaceable lens on this model compared to the 7. They are somewhat forcing you to go for the monthly $5, - subscription so you can get it replaced in case you scratch it

Really liked this fun approch to an action cam review, you could have maybe shown some hyper smooth footage from a pov perspective tho ~
Also one question related to your accessories, what kind of mouth mount do you use?

when I saw this I just got done meditating in the rain until it stopped (roughly 45 min - 1 hr) honestly great transition
