You know, I always theorized that chef Saltbaker was possessed by the devil, that’s why he turned evil at the end of the dlc. So I guess this could sort of make sense if my theory is correct.

Here’s a way you can be in invincible while fighting Chef Saltbaker.
Be Cuphead or Mugman. When he claps to his second stage, use Invincibility. And you’ve become invincible for the rest of the boss.

Phase 2: without the hole and the fire is less Annoying
Phase 3: without the devil just the salt
Phase 4: the same but without the platforms and the salt with the faces are well Put
Extra: to unlock this boss you need to defeat both bosses on expert with S rank, after defeating these two and complete the game it will be rewarded with the save file being an angel (the save file with wings and the song will be replaced with an angelical voice cover)
