Hey Carbon, I've got a question. *Will level locked rods like the No-Life Rod or Seraphic Rod be kept at -50% in the 2nd sea?* It makes no sense for them to be, since the level requirement to enter the 2nd sea is around level 200-250. So will they be kept at -50%?

Idea #1

Each island in 1st AND 2nd sea gets one Animal Fish. (Excluding islands like Birch Cay of course)

There is an Event happens every 10 minutes which spawns Animal Fish at one random island (similar to Lucky Events for St. Patricks)

Once a player gets every Animal Fish in First Sea the player brings it to a NPC, which gives the player a Key

The Key is then used to give to another NPC which is harder to find (Ex: Brick Rod Ghost)

Upon interacting with the ghost, you are taken to another location which has New Bestiary and a Reward, inside this new area has another locked entrance which requires Sea 2 Key (obtained same way as 1st Key)

Once you unlock the 2nd Door, you enter into a small area which you can unlock a Rod which has no debuff in either sea
