Do you need to paint all? And is it difficult to build? And do you need to paint it and do things like cut it or you can just put the pieces and it will be ok

How hard would you say it is to build? and im from the UK so its about 50 pounds im not sure what to get tho the LEGO version easier to build but less real looking or this harder to build but way better looking thanks.
