The most exciting thing is you just know this won't be beaten. If the scale and articulation are on point it's already king. A custom fabric cape and painting and weathering will make it look incredible. The model kits are phenomenal for armoured character​s and droids.

I love Grievous and I just want him done justice in the 6inch scale. One of the best action figures of all time for me is the Grievous from the vintage collection. Its perfect the arms split into four, its got an amazing cape with lightsaber pockets and it just looks so nice. I just want that in an upscaled form with added detail. I apprentice import figures but I much prefer something less fragile and more of something you can "play" with.

Awesome! Can't wait for this. I'll take as many new model kits as I can get my hands on. They're always a blast to build and I almost always prefer their sculpts and articulation over other lines that have the same figures.

Robo, if you like the characters and ideas from the Prequels, but not the movies themselves so much, you should watch the Clone Wars cartoon (if you haven't already, I forget if you've mentioned it or not). It starts off not amazing, but it gets really good.

Glad this showed up and that its coming out so soon. Too bad figuarts hasn't said anything in regards to their version, but this definitely looks promising, and I love the satisfaction of putting it together and seeing it complete as you mentioned. Picking this one up for sure.

I think a model kit grevious is totally ideal. Considering how large and lanky and weird he is, the way the plastic is so damn light in these kits is gonna be great for that, he'll probably be easier to stand compared to any other figure that could be, and we're gonna get some insane poses with an action base.

Why don't we just do a petition to Disney? Now, I don't know if it's connected, but I signed a petition to Hasbro to make super articulated 3.75 figures, and now we have the revival of the Vintage Collection... so maybe? Just my two cents
