I'll never own a giant diesel truck, but this is really fun to watch you work on one.

Content improvement trick if its not too much effort: Instead of pointing your camera at the screen, you could download a program on your pc to capture your monitor and cursor with audio from a microphone(headset or not). Would make it look a lot cleaner and remove all out of focus moments :)

Thanks for all the great content, been watching you since the crown vic build! Would love to see an older Saab or a Volvo, much love from Finland!

Cool being a ford owner that will be nice to order from them. Thanks for passing along the discount and by the way I love my 15 f250. Its the best truck I have owned and glad I got a 16 vs. a 17.

I know this comment will probably go unnoticed but I have to say it. You CANNOT section in upper rail supports. You have to replace them at factory seams. I mean I know you "can" do whatever you want. But seriously consider it. It is a huge safety issue, huge. No making it stronger by plating it does not help. That's a big misconception as well people think the stronger the better but that is not the case in collision repair. The vehicles are designed to collapse in certain areas to transfer the energy of the crash around the passenger compartment instead of into it. Along with the type of steel the rails are made from. Mostly likely UHH (ultra high strength) which you are not supposed to section because the heat changes the properties of the metal. Your truck, your life do what you want but seriously consider the issues with hacking a support beam wherever you want. Especially if you have any plans to sell this truck to an unsuspecting family. Google some of the recent lawsuits from vehicles being crashed after they have been repaired improperly. Lawyers all over the country are hungry to get in on the action. Be safe, do what's right.
