As a controller what i have to do if a pilot reported he has a problem in GNSS

Is the SBAS correction sent to the aircraft via the Geo stationary WAAS Satellites or sent to all GPS satellites where they forward the correction to the SVs? So say I am in Iqaluit in the arctic and on a LPV approach to RWY 16, where is the correction coming from, one of the 3 GEO WAAS sats ?
