Every single time they raise the taxes they say it’s for something. But end up giving themselves a raise. What about the teachers or prison guards? That’s why they are so short staffed. Politicians don’t do enough work to justify a pay increase. Too much damn corruption in Hawaii when it comes to money. It’s taxpayers money so taxpayers should be the only ones to decide if they should get a raise. 90% of the taxpayers will say NO…
