Okay this is awesome. One of my passions is accessible computer mice and I might see if I can't make a vertical mouse with this kit.

The biggest disappointment for me was the missing back button

i could see people who broke their mouse using this to replace the shell or salvage old components from a dead mouse, or if you need a custom mouse you can make one, however i personally use a trackball, but maybe with a resin printer that might be possible, i just dont think you could make the ball smooth enough, maybe if it was a mechanical trackball tho

I also think it’s cool but I feel like the “endgame “ of mouse is mostly focused on aesthetics or feel

A good alternative to this is modding an existing mouse, I have big hands and love my ergonomic modded Logitech g305 wireless

yo thats so cool. itd be awesome if someone smarter than me could make it more modular so you could have your choice of thumb button layouts or something. i bought the razer naga for the reason of modularity, but i hate razers software.

This won't print for me at all. It failed 3 times on my P1S

It’s cool for like 5 minutes until you realize that your $20 Logitech mouse with thumb buttons and a ball bearing scroll wheel is way more functional and comfortable.

No thanks. I don't love sanding for eons. I'll take the factory finished model.
