Painful Pressure Points for Fighting | Escape Chokes; Bigger Opponents

Показать описание
Here are a bunch of pressure points you can use in fighting someone bigger or stronger than you, or to escape a choke hold. Remember that these are vulnerable areas, so only attack them if your life is truly in danger!

There are certain areas or "points" of the body that, if manipulated correctly, can do serious damage. Even better, use these pressure points to get out of a lock or choke hold before it is fully locked in. It is illegal to attack these areas in the ring, so you better use them on the streets!

I remember learning one years ago that's just below the sternum, I think. The instructor demonstrated it on me and it hurt pretty badly, but I've never been able to find the exact spot on my own

Years ago, I let a co-worker put me in a full nelson. When he started to increase the pressure and would NOT let go, I reached up and grabbed his finger that was on the back of my head, and PULLED... He let go IMMEDIATELY... I then tackled him to the ground and let him know if he ever tried that again I'd freaken kill him.... and he knew it.... Anyway, finger manipulation works GREAT.

I remember reading about that ear pressure point in a book almost 10 years ago. Glad you covered that!

When his voice started in my mind without his lips moving and he was staring straight into my eyes I thought, "Shane. You are over 9000."

Many confrontations end simply through finger manipulation. This ends fights. Good video.

If a man can't see, he can't fight.
If a man can't breath, he can't fight.
If a man can't stand, he can't fight.
Take his sight, his wind or his legs out and you got it pretty much sown up.
My dad was in the marines in 83 his DI was a vietnam vet, one of his lessons my dad passed on to me.
