The most commonly "pinched" nerves in the neck are: C5, C6, C7, C8. This
condition can cause pain/ numbness/ tingling radiating down the arm. This condition is known as "Cervical Radiculopathy."

Ironically, less screen time would benefit all sufferers. Secondly, I would address the sleeping arrangement, mattress, pillows etc. Be mindful that beneficial changes may not feel immediately comfortable.
Thirdly, improve the range of motion all over, and try to strengthen the core muscles.

Looks like it’s C7/C8 for me. I’ve done flossing exercises and rest which has alleviated my symptoms throughout the last 6 weeks but still feel tightness in my neck & pinky finger twitching. Is twitching possible with pinched nerves? Occasional dizziness?

I got c6 pinch nerve, physiotherapy is best few exercises hot cold pack and neck belt i was told by doctor. I got pain in right shoulder when I head down and numbness in thumb. Thumb numbness is reduce to 50% still have pain in shoulder when I head down.

I didnt even realise i had pain and tenderness around the outside of my right shoulder between the ball and socket joint.
