My Lovely Problem

Thanks for all of your suggestions. This is what I am thinking at the moment based on what you have said.

Stay on 360 for now and ignore the lag. If the lag gets too bad get rid of the signs and do somehting else instead (use a book/flowers).

If they announce that the 360 won't get any more updates I will attempt to get my world onto the Playstation 4.

When Stampy makes a new book, he should add all love garden names into that book

Why can't you move the love garden to the end or the nether?

Stampy! Put all the names in a book and quill, put the book on a stand in an item frame in the lower garden, and in the paces there were signs put beautiful flowers!

You NEED to keep the love garden.
It was one of the first things that was built in your lovely world (thanks Craig).

I'm one of your oldest fans, and although I don't watch your videos much anymore, this means a lot to me.
My idea is to have only the most recent names on signs in the garden, and the rest of them in a lovely book.
For example, every ten episodes or so, all of the current signs will be removed and the names can be put into a book, to make room for the next few people.
That way you can keep the love garden, remove the lag, and stay on the 360.

Make sure Stampy sees this!
