In this video I share my top 5 uses of AI in medicine, from the fight against COVID-19 to predicting disease, and from operational uses to identifying new drugs and to support radiologists.

I've deliberately picked things that are already in use, are being trialled or are close to being used, as well as a mix of different domains.

Hi Chris! Love this video + your most recent paper! A couple more cool uses that you have may have come across are recognition of cardiac arrhythmias on ECGs using neural networks. As well as recognition of and proportion of tumour cells in pathology-based stains and biopsies also using deep learning methods. Both require lots of annotation, expert opinion, retrospective and a little bit away from adjunctive clinical workflow implementation but perhaps could have real roles in shortlisting + triaging a shorter group of patients.

This is interesting. I believe for quite a long time that AI will change Healthcare. I just started working in a Trust. i agree of all your statements.
