Matrix is one of my favourites, however for this demonstration regarding A.I. movies, I'd put 2001 at the top, easily overshadowing them all but that's just my opinion. Nice collection BTW!

These are almost in the same order I watched them from the first time starting with AI, except I watched 2001 and then Ex Machina. I was like 11 years old when I watched AI and it made me fall in love with the genre

Check out Artifice Girl, gets my vote as one of the best AI movies ever. Upgrade was awesome, love how they played with the sound in that movie. Ex machina was so well written.
