Advance scheduling locks are more concerning. Of all apps DoorDash is by far the most controlling and closest thing to an employee

I'm not saying I'm getting all high paying orders or even the same number but I got one the other day it was 70 bucks for a huge shipment of booze took me 45 minutes drove 20 miles 40 round trip but in my car and it was all freeway no big deal.

I think it's great for smaller markets where it may be much more difficult to get the higher paying orders regardless of ratings.

Honestly the program is probably working out great for the company. Was so easy to exploit top dasher. Sure do miss that exploit though 😂.

This program is a way to force dashers to take low paying orders and you end up making way less than $20 an hour and if you don’t you almost don’t get a high paying order what I do is I try getting shop and pay orders mostly alcohol deliveries are always high pay so I offset most of the bad orders I take so my AR doesn’t go down too much

This pilot program has only been In Raleigh North Carolina for 2 months and there’s nothing different from the areas without it yes I no longer have to wait for a email to join the large order program but I might get 2-3 catering order on real busy day of the weekends but mostly the platinum tier is the diamond status in non tier areas as you will still get the non tipper orders and high miles to dollar ratio so the 1’s who don’t have it yet you’re not missing out on much other then the lop. I normally get $15-$25 an hour depending on the time of day during football season $20-$40 an hour.

I had to spend a few days getting my AR up because I noticed below 50% the orders were trash. So I took the hit and spend one or 2 days taking almost every order. Still made money. But now at 70%. It’s awesome

It is walling off orders, it's bad for user friendly interaction and availability, and in no market is it legitimately worth it to take over 75% of orders, and that's the literal best case scenario, usually less than 50% AR is expected

I would be OK with it Kinda, in my market. I would only dislike it because sometimes the order placement sucks on stacked orders.

The worst part is that it is becoming the norm. We've started out with 3 cities. Now we're at 24 of them that are listed on the site. Just great.

I think they should do away with scheduling and just give us a better idea on map how many people are near hot spots. If i see that there more than normal I won't sit there for door dashes convince, im going home
