Long before stars begin fusing hydrogen at their centers — when they are still just hot overdensities in the process of contracting — we call them protostars.

So I was reading about protostars but I was like "I would like to see how it forms in action". So here I am, thanks for the video!

Always, always, always great content and production of your videos. The subject of Stars is awesome. Can you maybe do some videos on K Type stars? They are not discussed about as much as M Type stars and they host a great potential for life being that they live on average in the main sequence far longer than our GV2 Type Star and have way less Solar Flares than M Type Stars and they are the second most abundant in the Universe.

I do not know why, but I clearly can see how the star lifetime reflect our lifetime.

I mean, we also start from tiny embryo which growing and become more and more complex as many cells she/he gets from her/his mother. Just like a baby in the womb, protostars also surronded by something which feeds it and take care of it. When the star is ready to live by itself, it blow away that star gases and from there it function alone. The same way how after birth a baby's organs able to function by themselves without the need of the mother.

Both the star and we are growing until we reach the old stage and die afterwards.
