I have a question? I think ad and thamud are more old . Because nabetian were in between 500 bce untill Roman expansion. Around ce . But here is the thing . Remember the pharaoh during moses time .the time period of moses was most likely 1300 or 1200 bce century. So in the Quran in surah ghafir, a man from the groups of pharaoh most like his generals or any family members. Confronted pharaoh about the decision to kill moses . In that conversation he warned them that did they don’t they remember what happened to the people of ad and thamud . So if during the time of that time he was talking about ad and thamud that means, those civilizations were older then the time of musa (as).
