I came back from Umrah and was asked to promote alula for six mths. I declined. It was a test. Its the company that promotes alula in the world

I think it’s more logical that the Prophet prohibits going to such places not because Muslims will lose their faith but because where Allah has sent down punishment there are negative energies and no one should go to these places so negative energies will not harm them.

A few months ago, I watched a Canadian Youtuber travelling there. In that video, I saw there're very luxurious hotels, accommodations for tourist there. Even there's a sightseeing tour by jeep around the al Ula.

Also I know the Egyptians as well used to have this same notion.
