As promised, here is the vid of that wonderful dinner that I had on the day of reopening of indoor dining after a year of closing due to Covid 19 at Sushi Yoshizumi in San Mateo.
Sushi Yoshizumi has a well deserved 1 Michelin Star and takes you to another planet, a planet of refinement and exquisiteness both on the eye and in the mouth.
Only the $250 Omakase course is available right now but really worth the money as you will feel like you are in Japan at Sushi Yoshizumi. Basically, you cannot get better than that in Japan!
Plus, the atmosphere! Mr and Mrs Yoshizumi bring the real Japan to the USA and that's a lucky thing for those who live in San Francisco Bay... or traveling sushi lovers like me! ;-)
