E-flite Slow Ultra Stick 1.2m

Inspired by similar “Stick” models from the past and based on the more modern-day design of Ultra Stick models, the Slow Ultra Stick is a “slow flyer” that also offers a wide range of performance and capabilities to deliver a unique flying experience unlike any other model available today! Use a 2S battery for slow flying indoors in large gymnasiums and other suitable spaces, in many yards, at most parks and sports fields – and to perform basic aerobatics including loops, rolls, and inverted flight. Or use a 3S 1300–2200mAh battery to hover and perform even more aggressive aerobatics thanks to the stiff and fully-molded EPO tails and wing with a semi-symmetrical airfoil. You can even install a second aileron servo to take advantage of the added capabilities flaperons and spoilerons offer. The Slow Ultra Stick is simple yet extremely capable while also being incredibly easy to fly for low-time pilots looking for a perfect “Next Step” after a trainer model and for experienced pilots looking for a model that offers a no hassles “mild to wild” flight experience they can’t get with any other model.

I have been flying this awesome stick for 6 months now and since I changed landing gear to aluminum I have had the time of my life flying this great airplane it flies so smoothly and with authority so much fun once you learn to fly it you can fly it almost anywhere, I see eflite has updated the landing gear so I highly recommend this awesome airplane.

My dad had something like this when I was little I think was the slow v! I did loops with it flew it like I stole it! And was hooked on model planes and drones afterward!

Had a Millennium RC slow stick years ago and I loved that I could land vertically and take off in less than 12 inches with a 5 to 10 mph head wind.

If you don't like or understand this release PLEASE be considerate and respectful if you comment here! You may not like it, but there are many people who will. And as we've noted before (especially because next week's announcement is on pretty much the complete OPPOSITE end of the spectrum/market compared to this one!):

We typically release upwards of two dozen new airplane models each year, from ultra micro to giant scale, from trainers and STOL-capable models to warbirds and jets. Around half or more of those are ALL-NEW designs, and the remainder are usually NEW updates/upgrades of previously available models. We try to "sequence" them so we don't announce/release too many updated/upgraded versions of previous models in a row, but that's not always possible...especially for the last few years due to supply chain and other challenges caused by the pandemic.

And if anyone doesn't like our recent, this or any future announcements/releases, they should wait a few weeks to see what the next one is...because it could be COMPLETELY different and something they like/want much more! We've got some ALL-NEW jets, civilian scale, STOL, 3D, sport and other models in the works and coming soon :)

I've built a couple of planes like this. Fuselage compliments of Home Depot. Must say they flew great and this looks fun.

I've never had any issues with any of my horizon hobby products which include the dx6 g3, dx8 g2 l, 2 blade 230s l, 1 fusion 270, original timber and t-28 and many more. My only problem is I don't make enough to compile every plane, helicopter and transmitter as they quickly come out with newer versions. Thanks to horizon hobby, I was able to start flying models because growing up poor in the 80s it might as well have been trying to by a Lamborghini but now it's quick, affordable and offers a quick advancement from new training pilots to experienced pilots at an affordable price

I’m a self-taught r/c flyer & my first plane from my wife for my birthday…. The ParkZone Slo-V back in Aug 2004 & been a HH loyal follower/owner ever since, so may we expect the Drop Module or Light Module for this Slow Ultra Stick as an “Optional Parts” LOL!!

My first plane was a gws slow stick. Now I have about 6 of them. Modded to biplane, clipped wing, straight wing with no dihedral. Almost any silliness you can think of, I've tried. They used to like $25 for a kit with no electronics.
