I think it would be interesting if the protagonist in a “rules” story had previously heard creepypastas about this, followed all the rules without question, and yet the story still manages to subvert expectations.

The chief suspect, another ranger found at the scene of the ongoing murder investigation was caught attempting to flee town today, mere moment's after police announced that they had determined that the missing ranger had been the victim of foul play.

A spokesman for the police commented that the suspect admitted to "breaking the rules"

I love the 'Rules' genre of creepypastas. They all sound the same but each rules affects the story and gives a different outcome. Therefore, each story is unique. Anyway, great video Mr Creeps. :D
