I work as a night guard in a large graveyard, 10 and a half hour shifts of patrolling through the headstones, mausoleums and wooded areas. It can be boring as hell so I'm so glad I found you as I just listen to your videos all night. Certainly makes the hours more interesting! I do not look forward to the day I run out of your videos to que up, but I'll probably justbstart over as you're just such an enjoyable narrator to listen to.

Lol ! I was camping for two weeks in the Allegheny National Park back in May, 6 mile hike to Morrison Campground ! It is a primitive campground with 2 vaulted restrooms . 3_4 days there I was the only person ! Awesome time !

I do miss being in the Forest Service. I still help from Time to time putting out fires or search and rescue. Like if a missing hiker is missing on our side of the mountain. Awesome work as always Mr Lighthouse.

Growing up my family camped every weekend from state park open until they closed for the winters for about 7 years. Both parents & all 5 of us kids. Idk how my folks did it!
As a parent & now a long time grandparent I have only camped a few times. I have no desire to sleep in the woods w/my pre teen grandsons w/only thin canvas between us & whatever else is it there in general.
But after listening to stories like this definitely reinforce my decision to "camp" out only on our living room on top of well padded cushions under warm fluffy blankets.... Behind securely licked doors! Lol! Really

This was exactly what I needed after the day I had, the topics in one of my University classes for this week were exceptionally difficult to get through. This was a great palette cleanser for my mind, and I was so thankful. I have always enjoyed stories about people who work in National Parks, it has always been an interest of mine.

It was amusing to hear how the beast in the forest had a cult worshipping it, and the couple being paranormal investigators was kind of funny. Though right along with that guy, that is a good time to resign, that job sucked. xD

I often listen to scary stories about “the parks” in the US. We have some indigenous creature stories here but nothing like these! I enjoy listening to them but they obviously can’t all be true! But like they say…… That’s entertainment!!! 😂
