The reason no one will buy it, is the place is beyond ugly, cheap, and fake looking inside. The outside is amazing, but the interior needs a full do-over and get rid of the cheesy old Vegas themed casino look. Of course it makes a great filming location for those reasons.

It was way overpriced, and still is. That fake baroque style interior is pretty cheap to build. Very few people want to live in this dark, guady, closed-off, outdated style. Anyone wealthy who buys this for the land and location will probably do a full gut-job renovation on it and try to brighten it up and open the layout.
